As the sole massage therapist for Kima's Magichands, I'm committed to giving you comfort and satisfaction. I graduated January 2010 from the National Holistic Institute, College of Massage Therapy in Emeryville, Ca as Certified Massage Therapist Alexis Madden #4686.

Returning in December 2014 to further my education & career as a massage therapist attending the 450-hour Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program, and graduated August 2015. From there I focused on building my private practice, by changing the original name from "Smooth & Mellow Massages" to "Kima's Magichands" and integrating my "alter ego" Kima Shines. After working for the San Francisco Police Department as a Police Service Aide at the SFO Int'l Airport for 14yrs, I quit March 2012 to pursue a career as a full-time massage therapist for a corporation which I'd been hired by in 2010, 3 months after I graduated NHI. I was fired by the corporation on Feb. 14th, 2014, and as I look back... It was the best thing that ever happened to me! Thank You. Made me realize that I was growing as a therapist, and wanted to provide "true holistic healing" to my clients. I had become to have a passion for what I do... it was no longer work, I enjoyed what I was doing for others.  

My private practice is based on the belief that my customers' needs are of the utmost importance. I'm committed to meeting those needs, and as a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals. I also work events, private parties & volunteer for certain occasions.
